Privacy Policy

Plain English. No surprises. Updated 2026-04-26.

What we collect

• Account data: email, display name, the photo and banner you upload, your bio, optional operator title, and your selected accent color.
• Activity data: rank, points (Net), badges, daily check-in streak, mission submissions, friend list, your DMs, your reactions, and any private notes you write about connections.
• Technical data: a Firebase-issued anonymous identifier (UID), last-active timestamp, and basic browser metadata for sign-in.

Where it lives

All data is stored in Google Firebase (Authentication + Firestore) under the project ID thesiznexus. We do not run our own servers.

Who can see your data

• Your profile (name, rank, level, banner, photo, bio, op history) is visible to anyone — including unauthenticated visitors via /u/<displayName>. Treat it like a public business card.
• Your email address is never shown publicly.
• Your direct messages are only readable by you, the recipient, and TheSizNexus admin staff (Co-Administrator and above) for moderation purposes.
• Your private connection notes are visible only to you.

What we do NOT do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't run third-party advertising or trackers.
• We don't share data with anyone outside the platform unless legally required.

Cookies / local storage

We use localStorage only for: onboarding tour completion flag, last-opened notification tab, pending referral capture, and ID accent preferences. No cookies for tracking.

Your rights

You can edit any of your profile data inside the app. To delete your account, email itzzzshxdow@gmail.com from the email associated with your account — we'll remove your user document, friend records, and messages within 7 days.

Changes

If we change anything material, we'll post a notice in the corp activity log and bump the version number at the top of this page.
