Terms of Use

Acceptable conduct

• No harassment, hate, or targeted abuse of any other operative.
• No doxxing, no posting other people's private information.
• No CSAM, gore, or any illegal content. Period.
• No malware, scams, phishing, or credential-grab attempts.
• No mass-spam in chat, intel posts, or DMs.
• No attempting to bypass clearance or rank gates programmatically.

Content you post

You retain ownership of anything you write or upload. By posting it inside TheSizNexus you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it to other members and (in the case of public-readable surfaces like profiles, intel posts, polls, and squads) to anyone visiting the site.

Account suspension

Co-Administrators and above can ban accounts that violate these terms. Bans are typically permanent. We don't owe you an appeals process, but we'll usually explain why if you ask politely.

Net (the in-corp currency)

Net is a fictional internal point value. It has no monetary worth. We reserve the right to adjust balances if we detect abuse.

Service availability

This is a personal project. The site can go down, lose data, or get rolled back at any time without notice. Do not rely on it for anything important.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, TheSizNexus and its operator are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the platform.
